One Final Push Needed on PPP Fix

 
ACEC member action is needed to protect the House-passed provision in the National Defense Authorization Act to address the PPP loan forgiveness credits issue.

The House of Representatives approved an amendment to the annual NDAA bill that would provide a narrowly targeted waiver of the FAR credits clause as it applies to forgiven PPP loans on State DOT and local transit agency contracts.
 
ACEC is working to keep the House-passed language in a final compromise bill negotiated with the Senate.  We are asking Representatives and Senators to contact the leaders of the Armed Services Committees to retain the House amendment on PPP.
