Congratulations to ACEC Ohio's Scholarship Recipients

ACEC Ohio's mission is to contribute to America’s prosperity and welfare by advancing the business interests of member firms. We annually award scholarships to students worth $2,500 each!

To qualify for a scholarship, an applicant must be a full or part-time student (junior, senior, or graduate student status) pursuing an engineering or surveying degree and enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering or surveying program. 

This year, we received 26 scholarship applications!

We are thrilled to announce the 2024 ACEC Ohio Scholarship Recipients: 

• Colby Croxton, University of Akron - Civil Engineering
• Carter Taylor, The Ohio State University - Mechanical Engineering
• Madeline Fisher, Ohio Northern University - Civil Engineering
• Jaclyn Bashore, University of Cincinnati - Mechanical Engineering

ACEC Ohio offered a $1,500 scholarship for students enrolled in the Construction Inspection Workforce Program (CIWP). In collaboration with ODOT, this program is a pipeline for the development of the next generation of construction inspectors.
