• The ACEC Ohio Advocacy Plan Task Force has completed their first draft.
• Based on member input, discussion, and strategic review, the Task Force narrowed the plan to four core advocacy pillars.
• Additional updates will be shared as the draft plan moves through committee review and toward Board consideration in March.
• The ACEC Ohio Board approved the Committee Review Task Force recommendations as part of advancing the strategic plan.
• The Task Force defined committees, forums, and task forces.
• Recommendations included consolidating three committees, establishing one new committee, and transitioning one committee into a forum.
• Designed to strengthen the relationship between engineers and lawmakers, this is our third year hosting the fly-in’s.
