Introducing: AI Readiness Tool

Created by the Technology Committee's Data + AI subcommittee, the AI Readiness Tool allows ACEC members to take a real time evaluation of their organization’s technology readiness using an 8-pillar framework. Results and high-level guidance are provided instantly after completing the assessment. 

• Users can immediately "print and save" results, allowing them to track progress over time by returning to the tool and taking the evaluation again. 
• This feature also allows the tool to be shared across multiple stakeholders at an organization, where they can take the assessment individually and then come together to compare results, proving a holistic view of the firm's technology maturity. 
• Members also have the option to share results anonymously, allowing the ACEC technology committee to monitor member needs and create future resources tailored to areas identified focused on AI

ACEC Ohio & ACEC Indiana Virtual HR Forum

Join ACEC Ohio and ACEC Indiana for a Joint Virtual HR Forum on Tuesday, December 9 from 1:00 - 3:00 for an in-depth conversation focused on employment-based immigration and explore the current landscape of U.S. immigration policies affecting employers and foreign talent.

This session will provide an overview of existing regulations, practical insights for HR professionals managing global workforces, and a timely update on proposed federal changes that could impact hiring, compliance, and workforce planning in the months ahead.
