Salary Survey Results Now Available!
The 2025 survey includes comprehensive sections on salary, benefits, and business practices. Conducted every three years, the business practices section, will cover crucial topics such as owner transition, business valuation, utilization rates, backlog, and average days for receivables.
The survey administered by The Owens Group is a valuable resource exclusively available through ACEC Ohio, gathering the most current data from engineering companies across Ohio—information that you won't find anywhere else.
ACEC Ohio Salary is offering our member-participants the 2025 ACEC Ohio Salary & Benefits survey at the discounted participant price of $75. For firms that did not participate the cost is $600.
Based on feedback from member firms, the next survey (after fall 2025) will take place in April 2027.

New ACEC Ohio Job Board & Internship Portal
We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the ACEC Ohio Job Board, provided by Naylor. This new platform will allow member firms to:
- Post job openings
- Share internship opportunities
- Find volunteer opportunities
The job board will feature volunteer opportunities from our four partner STEM organizations, helping members connect directly with K–12 engagement programs. In addition, we are seeking members who are interested in:
- Speaking at universities or high schools
- Serving as adjunct professors
- Participating in STEM outreach events
- Supporting partner organizations' competitions and activities
