ACEC Ohio Legislative Update

The Ohio Senate and the Ohio House passed HB 519 yesterday, this bill was amended to include a 90 day motor fuel tax suspension and appropriates $725 million for tax relief to supplement lost revenue to state and locals. Governor Mike DeWine signed the bill into law today and it will take effect on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
