How Firms Can Lead During Engineers Week
Engineers Week is more than recognition — it’s an opportunity to take action. Member firms can play a vital role by:
- Engaging with schools: Arrange classroom visits, workshops, or career panels with local K-12 and higher education students.
- Hosting firm tours: Invite students into your workplace to see engineering in action and learn about real-world projects.
- Creating hands-on activities: Use classroom materials and toolkits from ACEC to bring fun engineering challenges to life.
- Amplifying outreach year-round: While the official week runs in late February, ongoing engagement builds stronger connections and a deeper pipeline of future talent.
